El CAPITAN
AT THE CROCKER ART MUSEUM
I’m honored to share a meaningful moment in my artistic journey with you.
My piece, El Capitan, has been selected for the 2026 Art Auction season at the Crocker Art Museum, Sacramento, a true honor and a reflection of the deep connection this work holds with nature’s quiet strength and beauty.
From May 12 through June 7, the artwork will be on view within the museum’s galleries, offering a chance to experience it in person. During this same time, the virtual Silent Auction will be open for bidding, inviting collectors and admirers alike to bring this piece into their own space.
The Crocker Art Museum’s Silent Auction features over 100 original works of art by some of the biggest names in the Sacramento region and beyond.
El Capitan was created as a tribute to the majesty of the natural world, a reminder of stillness, resilience, and the timeless landscapes that surround us. I hope that it offers a moment of calm, a breath of clarity, and a sense of connection to something greater.
If you feel called to explore the piece or participate in the auction, I would be honored to have you be part of this experience. You can take part in the Silent Auction here: https://bid.crockerart.org/
