Mexican Hat Rock is located on the San Juan River on the northern edge of the Navajo Nation’s border, Utah. The name comes from its curiously sombrero-shaped rock. The Hat has two rock climbing routes ascending it. Look for two climbers at the top of the rock, on the hat.
