This is an iconic location and probably one of the most photographed, yet I still had to visit and create my own version.
From the 1000′ cliff-side lookout at Horseshoe Bend, you have expansive views of the canyon and the bend in the Colorado River. About nine miles downstream is where Grand Canyon National Park begins, the most iconic location yet.
