RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
All of Lu Ross Photography artwork comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Once an art piece is delivered to your home you will have 7 days to examine it.
If you wish to return the art, you have 7 calendar days, from the date you received it, for a full refund of the purchase price.
To be eligible for a return, the art piece must be in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be returned in the original packaging or safely crated.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the art piece.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping fees charged are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the artwork in the original packaging or safely crated.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
