The Hoh Rain forest in Olympic National Park has a wonderful one-hour hiking trail, the Hall of Mosses Trail.
Along the trail, you will find old temperate trees covered in green and brown mosses and if you take the side path it will lead you to a beautiful grove of maple trees also covered in moss.
